I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincerest gratitude to Joanne Chan.Buying a property is not an easy decision. It involves many things at stake. Yet, Joanne made the decision stress-free for me.

Earlier last year, my husband, Harry, happened to drive pass the show flat at The Tapestry. There, Joanne Chan from PROPNEX Realty Pte Ltd received him very warmly.

Harry is always clad in his pair of bermudas and t-shirt. A simple man, he never dresses up to impress. Yet, Joanne made no judgement but took the chance and attended to him. 

Albeit not making prior appointment, she spent hours explaining to Harry the details on The Tapestry; from the specifications to the various costs of the different units. At that juncture, Harry and I did not have the intention to buy another private property, even though I am eligible. But after speaking with Joanne, he was given so much information that he decided to talk to me about this.

Joanne truly personifies not only an excellent property agent who manages to convert and convince a prospect buyer, she displayed so much excellence in customer service. From having to accommodate to my busy schedule, Joanne acceded to all my requests.

Her assurance and helpfulness really went a long way and we are truly grateful for this. On this note, we would like to commend Joanne’s exemplary customer service. The first to receive Harry at The Tapestry, to making me the proud owner of The Tapestry, Joanne did her utmost best to provide what we needed to know. Her knowledge on the property was at her fingertips.

Coming from the service sector myself, I hope that many would be like that of Joanne. She is definitely a rare gem. Kudos to Joanne. Thank you.

I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Joanne Chan. Joanne was instrumental in my decision for the purchase of The Treasure in April 2019.

I got to know Joanne at MRT where she was distributing some flyer for The Tapestry. After a few chats, she got my mobile and henceforth she has been keeping me posted on the development of local property scene.

When Treasure first announced the soft launch, initially I just wanted to purchase a one-bedder unit for investment.  After several rounds of talk with Joanne, I decided to let go of my existing condo and took up a 3-bedder at Treasure instead. Joanne assured me of the process, and eventually I took the leap of faith.

After 4 months of marketing, I sold off my existing condo and the funding for Treasure is being taken care off by the sales . This could not be done without Joanne’s support as she has to help me iron out the nuisances of the sales and purchase process.

I must say she has made a different to her customer by being patient, care , meticulous and professional. My family and me are very much thankful to her and we would like to recommend her to any potential customers, and we would continue to support her.
